Cargo Bikes in LA?

I'm a huge fan of two bicycle blogs: Copenhagenize and Amsterdamize. These blogs are all about cycling as a part of everyday life and I like that. Not about racing or touring, just commuting around town. Any reason to get on a bike is a good one, but I'm most in favor of no special reason at all.

Anyhow, Zakkaliciousness at Copenhagenize wrote a guest blog post for the LA Times about the "Wonders of the Cargo Bike" and it's commonplaceness in Copenhagen. LA would really be a perfect place to have cycling en masse. If only. It's a great read.
